Food- 7/10

They had a great selection of food here, but I went with a bottle of water, soda, and brat for about $25. Which I think is a little pricey for all of that. Huge beer selection, which you would expect since they are the Brewers. Large food selection as well, with different restaurants dedicated to a certain item or cuisine. Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, sausages, nachos, pretzels, mac and cheese, desserts, etc. Pretty standard brat in my opinion.

Atmosphere- 7.7/10

They beat the Phillies 6-2. It was a game between two playoff contenders so the energy was definitely in the building. It did get pretty loud when the Brewers were doing well and they did a good job of trying to keep the crowd into the game during breaks. Sat next to some really nice guys and they were happy to see their team playing well and heading to the playoffs. Very solid crowd and environment.

Stadium- 8.3/10

The pictures just don’t do it justice. It is one of the coolest stadiums I have seen with my own eyes. Really clean and kept up, easy to get into, quick lines everywhere, really easy to navigate. Something I thought was really cool was that in the first base foul pole corner, they had a dedicated kid area with pitching cages, 90 foot dash times, pinball machines, some other arcade games, and a few places to get pictures. Was a big hit when I was walking by. The only thing I didn’t like was that there really wasn’t much in the outfield as far as restaurants, bars, or attractions go. 1 or 2 bars that were ticket access only, and an outside seating area. And that’s it. The roof is also retractable, which it did look like when I was there but wasn’t 100% sure on and had to look it up. Would really like to see it closed.

City- 8.5/10

I didn’t do much exploring in Milwaukee proper, but from what I saw, its one of the nicest big cities I’ve been in. Not much traffic, everyone drives sane, everyone is super nice. The suburbs of Milwaukee are even nicer. Really nice, quiet, and laid back. I could really see myself living up there—apart from all the cold and snow.

Overall- 8.5/10

I really enjoyed my time in Milwaukee. I recommend going there even if there aren’t any sports playing. A really solid experience with nice people, clean city and stadium, and a passionate fan base.
