Lambeau Field; Green Bay, WI

Food- 8/10

I had chicken tenders and fries and a souvenir cup of Coke, it was $23. Pretty standard price for that meal. It was actually really good though, tasted fresh, nice seasoning, you could tell that it wasn’t frozen and just dumped into the frier when I ordered it. As for the selection of food, it was also pretty standard but had some Wisconsin flair with cheese curds, mac and cheese, and other items with mac and cheese in it.

Atmosphere- 9/10

This was my first ever NFL game, and man is it going to be hard to beat. Packers beat the Colts 16-10. Everyone there was really into the game, cheering throughout, and loudly. Always something going on during TV timeouts and there was never any slow points in the game were the crowd was quiet. Go Pack Go! chants throughout the game and some song about barrels entering the 4th quarter.

Stadium- 9/10

An incredible stadium. You could tell that it was old, but was still modernized and up to date with additions. Really easy to navigate, very very wide walkways so you don’t ever get clogged up, even when leaving. Video boards in both endzones so if your view gets blocked, you never miss any action. It was hot out, so I would definitely recommend getting a seat in the shade if you go, but was able to get few nice gusts of wind that felt so refreshing.

City- 8/10

Green Bay is honestly a perfect city for Lambeau. The neighborhood to the north is all football crazed and everyone is cooking out in their yard or using it as a parking lot. Great tailgating, much better than what Camp Randall had. Very easy to get in and out of for games, I highly recommend parking on the side of the road in the neighborhood to the north, just follow the crowd to the front gate. Its free and easy to get to, don’t even need to get there super early to get a decent spot.

Overall- 9/10

If you call yourself a sports fan, Lambeau has to be one of the top places on your list of places to go see a game. An incredible experience with extremely nice people and people who really enjoy football and the Packers. A lovely town built for gamedays, clean and safe as well.
